One way to avoid golf injuries is to stretch for 10 to 15 minutes. To avoid back pain, take the club back half way, Pull the club through with your left hand,(I assume you are right handed) and swing the handle and the club will do the work. A loose grip with relaxed arm muscles and a swing from the club at parallel to the ground will give you more distance and more control. Follow through. Be the ball, don't try to hit the ball and stop. You're not driving nails.

if they are not offset, its absolutely your swing...time to hit the range and break your swing down...it could just be that these clubs are lighter and therefore you are getting around a lil bit quicker than with your old clubs...just hit the range with a bucket and you'll have it figured out before long if you have played a while as you say
References :
10+ years golf experience

Did you happen to buy the Cobra irons with offset shafts? If so, the clubhead is striking the ball having already passed the centerline. If not, you'll need to be more specific (what were your old clubs, previous shaft flex and type, how did you hit before) for any advice to be more targeted.
References :
That advice is ...
That advice is rubbish. No one has their shoulders pointing at the ball as shown in their backswing. The shoulders are flatter. The right shoulder should move downplane straight at the ball on the downswing but this backswing he is showing is terrible advice.
